Because we believe what is not measured cannot be improved, each facility’s progress is benchmarked against standardized quality indicators. We are so committed to quality, we were a founding member of the ASC Quality Collaboration, which was key to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' adoption of mandatory quality reporting.


Our quality assurance team works with each of our facilities to attain voluntary accreditation from national quality monitoring organizations including the Joint Commission and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

Physician Leadership Conference

Attended by medical directors from each of our facilities, this meeting provides an opportunity for facilities to share information on patient safety standards and discuss other issues facing our industry.

Physician Quality Council

Each of our facilities has the opportunity to draw upon the resources of our national network through the company’s Physician Quality Council. The Council is comprised of physicians and administrators from across the organization. The Council meets routinely to review benchmark data, evaluate common issues, share information and best practices, and make policy recommendations as needed. The Council also advises the company on quality matters and develops educational programs for facilities.

Patient experience surveys

Our focus on quality extends from the operating room to the front desk. We help our facilities maintain a patient-friendly environment with a strong focus on customer service and patient experience. We are partnered with a national research company to survey our patients to ensure we are providing the best possible experience.

Physician satisfaction surveys

Each year, we conduct a survey of each credentialed physician at our affiliated facilities. This process provides each physician user an avenue to voice comments or concerns supporting an environment of high quality care. By consistently monitoring feedback from both patients and physicians, we are able to make improvements and share best practices throughout our network.
