Ambulatory Surgery Centers
Management, development and acquisition.
Surgery Partners specializes in the management, development and acquisition of ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) to provide the best possible experience and outcome for physicians and patients. Our focus is on growing the ASCs that we currently manage, while searching for new partners through acquisition and development. As your partner, we dedicate a team to help your ASC grow and prosper, while assuring the best outcomes for surgeons and patients alike.
Our Management Team and flexible approach make the difference. Surgery Partners has the resources of a national company, yet is small enough to let you deal directly with decision makers. We also take a flexible approach because each surgical center with which we partner has its own dynamics within its community and among its partners. We recognize this fact and strive to understand how we can add value to your unique situation.
All Surgery Partners ASCs benefit from our expertise and programs in:
-
- Develop a plan to grow and strengthen the center
- Keep abreast of current regulatory and reimbursement issues that impact your ASC
- Stay informed on latest technological and equipment advances
-
- Maintaining Medicare certifications
- Obtaining/maintaining AAAHC or JCAHO accreditations
-
- Physician recruitment
- Syndication
- Business and financial plans
- Architectural Management
- Construction Management
- Regulatory Approvals and CONs
- Access to Capital
-
- Policy and Procedure Manuals
- Compliance Programs
- Group Purchasing
- Operational Oversight
-
- Timely and accurate financial
statements
- Professional budgeting and
forecasting
- Benchmarking
- Productivity measurement
